"Très bel hôtel, récent, situé à 15minutes en voiture de l’aéroport et à 12minutes à pieds du métro. Grand centre commercial à proximité (5-10minutes à pieds) et du stade du FC Porto. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien agencées et bien décorées. Le cadre est agréable. Le petit dej buffet est très correct avec du choix sucré/salé. Si vous arrivez en avion et chargés de grosses valises, il vaut mieux prendre un uber cela sera plus simple car les rues sont pentues et pavées."

"This was not the first time I've been at this hotel. It's a nice place to spend a few nights. The breakfast food is good in terms of variety and the staff is nice and helpful. The spa is always a pleasant place for you to relax. However, the buttons of the jets don't work properly, specially the ones that are only accessible when you are in the pool, which can be frustrating if you like to use them and won't be able to. This time, the sauna was out of work, as well, but they were fixing it. They didn't really seem worried about fixing the jets' buttons, though... When I was at the hotel last year, they weren't already working properly, but now I couldn't even get them to work. The ones that would work, wouldn't be active for a long time after you pressed on them. In other Spas, they usually work for a few minutes when you turn them on. In this one, they would only be active for about 20/30 seconds at a time. The room I stayed in, had a different display. You would go through a corridor with the bathroom at the front and on the left you had the sleeping area. I liked it because it would conceal the noises coming from the outside a bit better. All rooms have a balcony, but something that feels that is always missing are a couple of chairs and a table. The balcony becomes useless without them! I couldn't open the bathroom door well (not even in 90 degrees in relation to the entrance) because it would bump on the bidet. Also, the shower and glass covering the bathtub seemed to be at the wrong wall because it was inevitable to wet the entire toilet when you showered. The corners were a bit dusty and the bathroom bin hasn't been changed from the previous guest. I think the cleanliness can be improved."

"Muito bom o hotel. Sou brasileiro e cheguei pela primeira vez no Porto. O pessoal da recepção muito simpáticos e educados, sempre disponíveis para ajudar. Precisei de orientações para andar pela cidade e dúvidas sobre o hotel, muito prestativos e educados, estava receoso pelo sotaque diferente entre brasileiros e portugueses, mas foi bem tranquilo. O quarto é bem bom, só não tem frigobar (como estava descrito já anteriormente na reserva). O teto do banheiro estava com alguns pequenos bolores em uma parte, mas nada que comprometesse. No geral foi muito bom, o quarto é bem grande mesmo, localização ótima, shopping, mercado, restaurantes e igreja perto. Recomendo pelo valor."
