We were a group of 16 tourists, we arrived in the hotel at approx 20:30, after approx 10 hours of driving, the hotel was informed knew that we will arrive late and that the next day at 8:00 we were leaving... and they checked us in the closest rooms to the restaurant where they hold a party with the music at maximum!!! COME ON!!! EITHER THEY HATE US, EITHER THIS IS HOW THIS HOTEL UNDERSTANDS TO MAKE TOURISM HERE, IN THIS PART OF THE WORLD, anyway this is a mockery of the idea of respect to the tourist!!!

Everything is top notch. Elegant is a word that comes to mind. As soon as you enter we were stunned by the courtyard. The staff is very courteous and professional and the rooms were perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Yes this hotel has a poor location on a noisy road but our room and the staff were lovely. We only stayed one night on our journey from Riobamba to Cuenca and staying in Riobamba would have been difficult with parking.

Pro: this hotel is really beautiful, rooms are good and the breakfast plentiful. Contra: it is situated very far from the city center, so there is no possibility of going somewhere to dine. What they are preparing in the bar is meagre, and the service there so-so.

L’hôtel est plutôt mignon avec son patio fleuri. Nous n’avons pas trouvé le spa, je n’ai pas compris s’il était toujours fermé ou bien s’il fallait payer pour y accéder. Pas un choix gigantesque au niveau du petit déjeuner. Restaurant pas terrible, viande sèche et dure, dessert industriel. Salle de bain assez ancienne, et surtout il n’y a pas de système de chauffage dans la chambre donc nous avons eu froid, d’autant que les portes du patio ouvraient sur l’extérieur donc le froid rentrait.

Al momento de reservar especifique uso del área de piscinas y después me dijeron que estaban haciendo mantenimiento para mi sorpresa hubo otras personas haciendo uso de este una falta de respeto ya que pague un valor por la estancia completa

Un lugar muy cómodo tranquilo y relajante. Instalaciones de primera, habitaciones cómodas y comida deliciosa! Una muy buena experiencia para ir a Riobamba y estar al mismo tiempo desconectado del stress de la ciudad al tiempo que es esta muy cerca de todo!

Maison chargée d'histoire magnifiquement restaurée en plein coeur de la vieille ville (mais au calme). Chambres luxueuses parfaitement équipées, décoration soignée, literie irréprochable. Petit déjeuner copieux entièrement fait maison (jusqu'aux viennoiseries !) Des hôtes charmants et accueillants attachés aux valeurs de l'île.
