La struttura esternamente prometteva abbastanza bene, ma al suo interno molto lavoro da fare. La nostra stanza odorava di vecchio, con arredamento vecchissimo, mobili e letto marroni, sembrava di essere in un convento. Doccia del bagno con la tenda, porta a soffietto per dividere l'antibagno. Il nostro materasso era sfondato. Per non parlare della pulizia, io ho trovato peli e capelli per terra, sia nel bagno che nel resto della stanza, oltre che a ragnetti e ragantele negli angoli, per fortuna le lenzuola erano pulite. Insonorizzazione inesistente. La colazione dolce e salata niente di che... cappuccino incommentabile. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 145 euro per una camera matrimoniale!! Roba da pazzi! Al check out abbiamo fatto presente del problema materasso...ci è stato fatto uno sconto di 15 euro! Prezzo decisamente alto per quello che offre! Non consigliato...meglio andare in campeggio!!

Struttura molto bella con piscina e giardino. Camere un po’ vecchie avrebbero bisogno di una bella rinfrescata. Personale un po’ superficiale. Colazione da 6. Proprio il minimo indispensabile. 70€ per una notte visto il periodo un po’ alto.

Buongiorno, direi che avevo prenotato con booking una camera doppia con frigobar per una notte. Mi sono ritrovato una tripla con angolo cottura e attrezzata per persone disabili. Ma fin lì va bene; il prezzo era quello pattuito anche se caro. Camera bella, con aria condizionata, tv , wifi funzionante e terrazzino purtroppo invaso di zanzare e formiche. La struttura è nuova e si vede, la colazione ottima e abbondante( forse perchè c'era un raduno di auto d'epoca). Tutto sommato un posto gradevole a parte la doccia mischiata al WC( inaccettabile) ed esagerata rispetto alla locazione. Non mi è piaciuto il cartello affisso nella cucina con su scritto: 15 euro al giornoer uso fornelli cucina. Ma siete pazzi＞? Prezzo alto.

Abbiamo deciso di fermarci tre giorni in questo hotel e devo dire che la scelta si è rivelata ottima. La struttura è in punto strategico, in 5 minuti di auto si raggiunge il mare, e in 10 si arriva a Follonica. Le camere erano molto grandi, e la Piscina fantastica, Personale molto gentile, in particolar modo il personale di sala, Salvatore gentilissimo e professionale, grazie ancora per tutte le attenzioni e i consigli. Cucina buona e menu vario. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente, è stata una piacevole scoperta. Punto a favore dell’hotel anche il parcheggio in struttura e quello nei pressi dello stabilimento balneare.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo non ci siamo camere non insonorizzate . La porta a soffietto nel bagno.....colazione senza prodotti della zona niente pane di giornata dolci da forno industriali..il wifii non affidabile.

Complesso all,esterno ben curato e pulito. Camere avrebbero bisogno di manutenzione. Doccia con tenda. Mobili e arredamento vetusto. Ottima piscina senza bagnino. Paese non c,e niente occorre la macchina Ristorante medio x euro 25 escluso bevande. Consigliano la spiaggia bagnoschiuma ma meglio torre mozza anche se ci vogliono 40 euro per ombrellone + parcheggio a pagamento. Prezzo buono per la categoria in agosto 80 camera e volaziome
