This is a superb venue if you’re looking for something high quality, quiet, away from the tourist hub with a great view and professional friendly atmosphere, that’s not a hotel room. The host (Nino) is especially helpful with nothing too much trouble. His breakfasts are varied, incorporating local produce and Sicilian authenticity. A magnificent way to start the day on the outside rooftop veranda overlooking the Mediterranean coast. Close to restaurants, across the road from the water with views to Etna. The accommodation is clean, spacious and bright with local sculptures and an array of interesting art. A winner not to be overlooked.

We stayed at Mar Dei Poeti for one night prior to moving on to Taormina. We had two rooms, one for our 2 daughters aged 23 & 19. Alberto was a wonderful host. We had complimentary drinks on arrival on the roof terrace. The terrace is a great space with wonderful views. Insta worthy. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. The air con was necessary! The breakfast was delicious. Parking was on the street outside the venue. We didn't have a fully stocked minibar or bathrobes. Alberto sorted out a lovely local restaurant for us for the evening. The street outside is busy at night with people and joggers in the mornings. The seas edge is not accessible directly outside the venue nor is there a beach, unless you class a couple of metres of rocks as a beach. There is a small pedestrian jetty which the locals seemed to be using to get into the sea.

Nino et Mario sont au petit soin pour chacun. Un accueil formidable, des chambres magnifiques, une literie parfaire. Et la vue...superbe. Et que dire des petits déjeuners, tous les jours différents mais délicieux. Encore merci pour votre accueil.

Exceptionnel tant sur la vue, la chambre spacieuse et confortable, que sur l’accueil de Nino et Mario. Les petits déjeuners pour nous faire découvrir la cuisine locale, un délice. Situé entre mer et Etna. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et reviendrons volontiers.

Un luogo incantato...Pienamente soddisfatta dall'esperienza fatta!Camere iper confortevoli, con alti standard di pulizia e una meravigliosa vista mare che lascia senza fiato! Calorosa accoglienza ricevuta (Nino,il proprietario,è una persona letteralmente deliziosa!) Che dire...altamente raccomandato, è un posto davvero con anima!
