Wonderful breakfast and cozy relaxing pool with suitable water temperature, friendly and responsive staff . Beautiful nature around - the lake is magical in this area, interesting archeological sights.

Had an all together nice and pleasent stay at Hotel Al Maso. I find the staff was very kind and helpful. late check in was easy and early checkout, tool. Great location in nice surroundings. free parking.

Great place and service. Clean rooms, enough space, nice bathrooms. Friendly staff. Good selection of food for breakfast. Nice outdoor pool, quiet place, 20 minutes to walk to the center. Did not use the indoor pool.

Site with excellent potential, but both the room and the activities were "half service". Maybe just a bit of bad luck. The indoor pool, for example, could not be used. A little bad. Perfect location for visiting upper Garda. The reception from the staff was a little cold, but then everything was fine.

For the price, it's a big no. Old and poorly maintained rooms with damaged and worn sanitary ware, impossible to sleep on those mattresses and pillows: a positive note is the view. It would have been nice to know before booking that the indoor pool, advertised as part of the spa, was closed in summer. The doors struggle to open due to a defect in the lock. It's a shame because for the asking price and the location, one would expect more.

The hotel consists of an old building and a new building. We got a room in the old building with a balcony, everything was very small but also very tidy. The room rate isn't quite right, but what the heck. The WiFi is shaky, but you're on holiday after all. The breakfast is good and sufficient, whether you eat a conventional or vegetarian breakfast. Everything is well organized. There are enough parking spaces, the staff are attentive and it's about a half hour's walk to the lake. If you don't feel like walking, you can stay by the pool. Apart from the five sun loungers for 80 guests, everything is great here too.
