Room 208 with no clear view of the cross-country ski trail and a bad mattress, despite booking over a year ago. Despite repeated information at reception, a very soft mattress was not replaced, although we complained several times for health reasons (slipped disc). One mattress that obviously had a bulge that was visible to the naked eye was replaced, the other was not. All of this was done without asking whether the defect had been remedied. The superior room was much too small for 3 people and winter luggage. It was not possible to change to the family room for an additional charge. The evening meal was varied, but culinary on the level of a mediocre motorway service station. Cream was repeatedly added to too many dishes. The breakfast buffet was extensive but the same every day. Fried eggs were available at breakfast for an additional charge. Bread and dishes were not labeled. On the first few days the room was poorly heated and the bathroom lukewarm. Prices at the somewhat dated in-house bar were moderate for a hotel. No information about packed lunches for departure the evening before (in case you wanted to skip the last night because of traffic congestion). We asked that the chef was not prepared to prepare dinner an hour earlier. However, the service at breakfast, dinner and at the bar was very courteous and friendly.

Excellent hotel, courtesy, cuisine, cleanliness and rooms. The place is lovely. Thank you. We will return when possible. Even in summer it must be very beautiful. In winter the snow makes it very suggestive and welcoming
