Due to the special period, the first time I stayed at this hotel, the overall is good, the hotel is good, but there is a smell of ”pet” in the room. Unfortunately, the shampoo and body soap in the room have reached the bottom of the bottle. The conditioner has an empty bottle. We couldn't meet the normal bathing use of these. Hotel location is good, hotel lobby, room layout is in place, the overall look is a bit old, hotel breakfast is OK, continental breakfast, the hotel website indicates that you can check in at 3:00 pm every day, but we arrived at the hotel at 3:30, the front desk told us that the computer was slow, Asked us to wait a little longer. At this time, I saw many customers coming in from outside the hotel to the front desk. The customer service quickly checked in. We waited until more than four o'clock in the afternoon. Some were anxious. I asked the front desk customer service again. The customer service said that I would wait a while and I had already responded to the manager. It was about 4:15. The front desk customer service checked in for us. Due to our special circumstances, the front desk asked the customer service if we could delay our check-out until 1:00 when we checked in the room late today. The front desk customer service replied that we could not have to check out at 12:00. Very helpless, Unsatisfactory hotel terms specifically bind guests staying, do not constrain the management level of the hotel, home away from home is the service tenet of the hotel! I hope that the hotel will improve the awareness of customer service for the stay!

I don't know if it is because the first floor, or Florida is too humid, anyway, there is a musty smell when entering the door. The room is quite big and the facilities are a bit old. The front desk is a bit indifferent compared to other hotels. Breakfast is similar, classic American. Stayed for two nights and slept the worst since coming to the United States. It's not noisy around, but the room doesn't feel very comfortable. There is a swimming pool, I haven't used it. I don't know how the score came from.

A very traditional American simple business hotel! Enough coffee and bread for breakfast! The room I stayed in was fully booked that day, so I was arranged on the first floor. There was a parking lot outside the window, and there were still sounds of cars coming in and out all night. The hotel is relatively new, and it is acceptable for a business trip for one night. The cost performance is there.

Room was excellent! Very clean, staff was extremely polite and helpful. Had to be up and out the door very early, staff was very accommodating in assisting with a few housekeeping needs we came across so we could get settled and get some much needed sleep. Bed was super comfy and everything was very clean! Very happy with our choice

The hotel staff is amazing!! They’re so kind and so helpful. The location is good but the hotel lacks many amenities. However the customer service you receive makes up for it!

The lobby was nice and the staff helpful. The room was great. Clean and comfortable. I can’t rate the amenities as we just stop there to sleep.
