GGuest UserHotel room was the smallest during my entire trip in Europe, toilet was cramped with not much areas to put/hang your shower amenities. The shower area was like a pod which was extremely tight even for asians like me. Could barely raise both arms together without hitting the glass when trying to wash hair. The shower head angle was also terrible as it's pointed at the gap of the shower pod glass (which doesn't close entirely) and kept flowing outside of the pod because it was THAT small.
Booked it for the convenient location but don't expect much from the room size. The shower experience was extremely unpleasant for me and looked nothing like the photos.

AAnonymous UserI called in advance to tell them I would not be able to make it in time for check-in, and they kindly made an emergency arrangement, which was very helpful.
The hotel was very clean, and the view of Lake Geneva from the breakfast area was beautiful. The breakfast was also delicious, and it's a facility I would like to use again.

SSylviaThe hospitality at Mona hotel is the best we have experienced throughout our trip in Europe, the room has great view and clean. The free mini bar and breakfast was great! We had so much fun with the bike rental hotel provides. The only downside may be the design of the toilet shower is not quite user friendly and they could add more lights in the room. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

SS&C 恩典之旅You can just walk to the hotel from Platform 1 of the train station. You don’t have to exit the train station through the main entrance (Google instructs you to exit the station and walk around the outer road, but it’s actually not necessary!). The hotel is very new and the counter service is very friendly. We stayed in Room 303. Although it is close to the train station, as long as we don't open the windows, we feel that the sound insulation is pretty good and our sleep is not affected. The bed is moderately soft and hard, the bathroom is very clean, and it is very close to Lake Geneva, so it is convenient to take a boat.

GGuest UserThe bus station to the train station and Chillon Castle is right in front of the hotel. The hotel's services and facilities are good, but the pillows are very thin and soft, which I am not used to. It is beautiful to walk to Lake Geneva at night, and the town is very beautiful

GGuest UserThe room is not big or small, and the single room is quite comfortable for one person. There are many windows and the scenery outside the small window is also good. When checking in, Miss Sister also sent a glass of wine, which was very ritual. It was very tired when looking for a hotel, because it was a climb, but it was very easy from the hotel to the pier (downhill), and it was also very good to walk all the way to the lake, and enjoy the scenery along the lake to the pier. The uncle who checked out the next morning was also enthusiastic. In addition to the price is a bit high, it is a good choice.

ZzhangyansweetThe transportation is very convenient. You can take the bus from the train station to the hotel in one stop. Thank you very much for upgrading us to the five-star hotel where we checked in. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and enthusiastic. The room we stayed in was spacious and bright. Except for the lack of toothbrush and toothpaste, there were slippers and other toiletries, and the toiletries were high-end. There was a small incident because although two people applied for it when making a reservation, only one person's name was reserved, so we were only given a travel pass. When visiting the ancient city of Chiyong, we need another transportation card to get a 50% discount. , fortunately, I got the number of another transportation card through phone communication. Hope this is noticed when checking others in. Overall, a very satisfying stay experience

GGuest UserLovely hotel conveniently situated within 5 mins walking distance of Chatea d’oex village and train station. Room was clean and spacious with en suite toilet and shower. Comfortable bed and plenty of hanging and storage space. Continental breakfast had a good selection of cereal, meats, hot drinks, eggs and breads. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay again
