Overall it was wonderful meeting people like Moataz Mersal - he was always very quick in welcoming my wife n I to the Nakheel restaurant. Great food great service - thumbs up! Then there was Raghad (guest services) who gave timely and sound advice to my wife regarding safety n metro directions to National Museum etc. Need to mention Montaser n Ahmed as well! Such attentive staff at the bar & gym! ๐
On the other hand, the housekeeping team needs re-training. Everyday (for four days three nights) they forgot to replenish items in the room! We had to keep calling them! ๐

Facilities: The hotel is very new. The power supply does not require an adapter. Several standard plugs can be used. However, the mobile phone signal is too poor to make normal calls and use the Internet.
Hygiene: Neat. One thing that needs improvement is that there is only a pack of tissue paper on the bathroom sink, but not in the bedroom.
Environment: Very close to Kingdom Building and convenient to surrounding shopping malls
Service: The front desk is very enthusiastic, and the restaurant waiters are also very enthusiastic. The service attitude is the best among the hotels I have stayed in abroad.
