The St. Regis Riyadh

Our stay at the St. Regis Riyadh was an exceptional & unforgettable experience for my adult daughter & me. The staff showed remarkable dedication to making us feel truly welcomed & cared for. Every detail, no matter how how small, was executed with elegance, precision, & warmth. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Perfect balance of timeless sophistication with modern luxury. The rooms are impeccably designed, offering breathtaking views, plush comfort, & thoughtful touches that give you that at breakfast (Ange in particular), who always had a warm smile & greeting to start the day; the three gentlemen at the pool (consistently replenishing our water, lotion, etc.); our excellent butlers Majiid, Enam, & Akalanka, who promptly responded to all request & provided delightful surprises upon returning to our room; Frank who collaborated with butlers in preparing the surprises. Diana, our housekeeper, was exceptional throughout our stay, always leaving our room in pristine condition & refilling items without ever being asked. Tony the doorman always going the extra step to insure we were escorted to the right car. The St. Regis Riyadh isn't just a hotel...it is an experience that exceeds the boundaries of traditional hospitality. It is the kind of place that redefines what luxury hospitality should be. We left with wonderful memories and immense gratitude to the entire team for creating such a remarkable stay. We are in the process of booking a return stay to our home away from home, the St. Regis Riyadh.
