Radisson Blu Hotel, Riyadh Qurtuba

Positive feedback: -Clean -fashion - quiet -simple -everything around the hotel Negative feedback: - The Hotel valet is always no one can serve you till you wait for 10-15 min or you contact the receptionist - The hotel valet closed at 12 AM - when they take my car they turn on the flasher more than 15 minutes which consume battery - The housekeeping join the room without my permission even am turning on “don’t disturb” and I’m still in the room - I booked for the standard room with Terrace but the balcony was not designed like the photos means no garden ( room 33 ) Overall rating: 7 from 10 May I visit again: maybe

It was an outstanding experience in every aspect, from the excellent quality of service to the great attention to every detail of our comfort and convenience. I cannot but praise the kindness and good-heartedness of the staff, which made our stay more comfortable and warm. The staff were extremely professional and friendly, and their reception was always with a smile and dedication to providing the best services. Excellent service, Fathy was extremely attentive at all times! Will stay again! The hotel was clean and everyones attrention was on point. Breakfast was good as well everyday. Lounge on the second floor with Shishas was a very pleasant night activity!

I’m at Radisson blu , in qurtuba Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I want to write a review that honestly it has been one of the best hotel experiences that I’ve been to the customer service is amazing and super exceptional. Fathy help us with everything that we need. I wanna write a few good things about him. He’s very knowledgeable and knows everything around and it’s very very very helpful and kind and the stuff at the Check In are very professional. Overall the rooms are super clean and just one of the best experiences I’ve had

Fathy goes out of his way to make the stay memorable. 5 stars to him. Check in is also quite convenient & efficient. I regularly stay at this hotel & Fathy is always welcoming the guests with a smile. Housekeeping does a good job. All the staff is hospitable.
