You certainly get what you pay for with this one, we didn’t pay a lot but anything more than £10 is too much. Having stayed in cheap hotels worldwide, this was definitely in there with the worst.
Staff were unhelpful, bedsheets and towels looked and felt dirty…..great City, lovely people…just not reflected at all at this hotel.
Positioned well to get around the City and if you can accept sub standard accommodation then you may get in okay with this hotel.
All I ask for when travelling is a clean bed and nice bathroom so that I can get some sleep and refresh - all in all, cockroaches aside, the City made up for the woeful hotel but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

The nightmare started. I flew to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at 11:00 p.m. and took a taxi to the hotel. The front desk told me to talk to him in Arabic. I used a translation software to translate it into Arabic, but the front desk said that my order could not be found. Later, another front desk person talked to me and took me to a dirty and smelly room, saying that there was only one key so I couldn't give it to me. I think he should have found the order. They knocked on my door at two o'clock in the morning and asked me to pay to check in, but they didn't listen to my explanation. Ctrip's attitude is also tough, and they only give me the amount of the room refund, without compensation.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and it certainly isn’t worth the price we paid. Upon our arrival, I went to grab our bags while my sister went ahead to check out the room. She came back visibly disgusted and shocked by what she found. There was hair on the pillow, grimy bed sheets, a filthy floor, and a terrible odor. We asked to switch rooms, but the front desk staff told us that all the rooms were identical. To our disbelief, he even suggested we look for another hotel. It was around 1:30 AM at that time, and he helped us find nearby accommodations. On our way, we ran into some unsettling individuals who were smoking, which made me anxious and reluctant to stay there even for a moment. The whole situation was appalling and unacceptable. I took some photos and can provide them if needed.
