As a result of a big delay in one of our flights, we missed the connecting flight, so we booked the Radisson near the airport for the night. We arrived at the hotel half an hour after we booked on trip.com. It was late and we were exhausted after the flight delay. The hotel couldn’t find our booking. I don’t know if it’s trip.com’s problem or the hotel’s but I suspect it’s the latter’s. It took us more than half an hour arguing with the hotel that we have a confirmed booking that has been prepaid. It was frustrating as it was nearly midnight. We were very disappointed with the reception. Luckily the room was ok.

The hotel is quite new, with a good exterior design. The interior decor and amenities are comparable to a 4-star hotel in China.
The staff are polite and generally able to meet any requests.
The room size is just right.
Breakfast is Western-style with a good selection of pastries that taste fine. However, there aren't many hot dishes, and their taste is mediocre.
Overall, I'd recommend it.

The order for the extended stay is pretty good, recommended! There are entrances on the front and back of the hotel. The service staff at the door are very enthusiastic and will not let you touch your luggage. There is also a popular chocolate shop next to it.
