Rizhao Seaview Cloud Innovative Hotel

It was my first time traveling to Rizhao with my family, and I booked a family room in this hotel in advance. The room facilities and decoration were good, and the room hygiene was also very good. Even at this price, breakfast is not included. It took a long time to drive to find a breakfast shop the next morning. There is no fruit in the store, and there are only two small bottles of mineral water in the room for free. Maybe it is the peak tourist season recently! The hotel has no shortage of guests. The most important thing is that I didn't feel that the hotel service was cold from beginning to end.

It took a long time to find the location of the hotel parking lot. The service staff said it was in Block C, but they didn't argue. They called the front desk to ask, but they never got a reply. I spent a long time looking for it in the parking lot. The service staff have no sense of service at all. The front desk staff didn't look like they were smiling. In the service industry, what's the point of looking at service attitude if not service attitude? Hope to strengthen and improve! There was short hair on the bed, and there were dried little crabs on the floor. I don’t know what it was on the towel. I rarely use hotel towels with my children, but I couldn’t hang them there. It was so conspicuous and it was too uncomfortable to look at. The carpet was dirty and there was dirt on the window sill. I wanted to find a hygienic hotel with my children, but this hotel was not suitable. Hope management can be strengthened.

Close to the university town, checked in at 495, the room is very average, not worth the price, the cleaning is not very careful, the bag of the hair dryer is wet, there are wet stains on the outside of the toothbrush bag, the carpet is not cleaned

房間衞生差，房間內地毯很臟，千萬不要買帶早餐的！這是我去過的酒店裡早餐最差勁的，第一天8.30去吃的，有兩個炒菜，兩個鹹菜！以為是去晚了，第二天早上7.50過去的，還是空空如也！兩個炒菜兩個鹹菜！房間的飲用水還是限量的，一個房間一天衹給四小瓶水！海景真不錯，一點也看不到
