Atour hotel

The hotel is very close to Vientiane City, University City Night Market, Wanda Plaza and the seaside. The nearby Niu Huohuo BBQ is super delicious and has complete facilities. The bathroom has a good internet connection and a large shower. The front desk staff are attentive and enthusiastic. The experience was very good when I stayed here in November last year. It still feels good this year. Recommended

The hotel is in a great location and parking is very convenient. The receptionist at the front desk was super enthusiastic and thoughtfully gave me a few extra bottles of water. The bedding was very comfortable and they even helped me delay my check-out. It was so user-friendly and I was very satisfied with my stay😊

The first time I stayed at Atour was really not that good. There was a musty smell when entering the door (stayed for two nights, and every time I came back, there was a strong musty and unventilated smell). I reported it to the front desk, and instead of changing the room, they sent an aromatherapy diffuser😕😕😕 The lighting in the room was very dark and there were no lights on, but this should be the overall design of the hotel. See the picture for health conditions. Some stains on the corners of the bathroom particularly affect your mood when going out. There was also some black dirt on the sink. There is no small refrigerator in the room, which is available in hotels of the same level. The only place that feels better is the lobby on the first floor of the hotel, where children especially love to play.
