I’m booked into this hotel until 14th December, on business, with a little downtime and I write this review from a fantastic air conditioned clean room looking over the marina. My work left it late to book and this was almost one of the last available hotels. My colleagues are at what we had perceived to be a better hotel. On arrival I was met by a warm welcome at reception, my flight was late and the kind lady opened up reception , booked me in either not a bit of hassle and even gave me here own bottled water as shops were shut. That gesture sums up this hotel. Clean, friendly and unlike my colleagues place, lots of hot water and no power cuts! Would Highly recommend even after only spending 2days out of my 16 days .

We stayed here for 1 night before our liveaboard dive trip. The hotel was a little rough. I would rate it 2 or a 3 stars. Its very bare-bones. You have to ring a bell to get the staff attention to check in. The rooms were very basic, but clean. The AC did not work very well at all.. (and it was VERY hot).. but we survived. There is a very small, sometimes open, food counter. We did not eat here, we just had morning coffee. Its a little walk to town - take your life in your hands - as the cars fly by. Not best location. Overall - it was ok, but we will not stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this family owned hotel. The room was immaculate, the staff was friendly and warm. Our room was quite spacious, it has air conditioning, patio, small fridge with coffee maker and microwave along with a kitchen counter if you choose to make some sandwiches or simply heat up your left overs. The beds were comfy and pillows just right. Pleasant place to stay located in Town with ocean view and a small walk to the ferry. There is a good local Caribbean restaurant on premises so you can enjoy local cuisine. The food was very flavorful and again the staff was very pleasant. Also please note this hotel also have Villas in Anegada that offers complete kitchens with living rooms. Anegada is a great place if you enjoy the best lobster and a remote Island to get away and just relax. Check it out and enjoy!

Room was simple, comfortable and clean but there was a lot of traffic noise at bedtime, through the night and in the morning. Was also waken up by roosters. The AC unit and ceiling fan worked well. If earplugs work for you, bring them. We only stayed one night.
