Prestations TRÈS MÉDIOCRES. Salle de bain minuscule. Aucun confort, chambre sombre qui sentait mauvais. Aucune insonorisation. Portes bruyantes. Revoir LA PROPRETÉ. Demande non respectée pour une chambre en bas et non en étage. Aucun professionnalisme avec un mauvais accueil. 2 vulgaires sachets de thé dans la chambre. Parking à 5 € minuscule et complet en permanence. A FUIR !!!

Nous avons séjourné le 4 janvier. On nous a attribué la chambre 227. On s'est rendu compte que quelque chose clochait car il y avait des petits insectes (5 à 6 mm) qui marchaient parterre. Quand on a ouvert le lit, on a été horrifié de voir que ça grouillait de bedbugs (punaises de lit) . Si les femmes de ménage faisaient correctement leur travail, elles s'en seraient rendu compte. C'est innommable, répugnant, pas normal.

Personnel accueillant & à l'écoute des clients, chambre spacieuse. Le seul hic, le manque d'ascenseur pour acceder au 3ème étage lorsque vous avez des bagages lourds.

L'hôtel est très bien, le personnel très agréable et présent 24/24. On peut assez facilement se garer dans les rues voisines (attention zone payante mais très bon marché). Le petit déjeuner est très complet tant en sucré qu'en salé. Le seul gros bémol pour moi tient à la taille des chambres, qui pour le prix m'a semblé vraiment exiguë pour 2. En bref, je n'ai pas bien vu la différence qualitative des chambres par rapport à des ibis budget, c'est dommage.

Nombreux disfonctionnements dans la chambre: absence de prises électriques, douche intégrable, tantôt froide tantôt brûlante, gérante de l’hôtel très désagréable pas du tout à l écoute de nos remarques, on nous fait comprendre que nous dérangeons par nos remarques et que si nous ne sommes pas contents nous pouvons aller nous faire voir ailleurs Établissement infréquentable à tous points de vue

Hôtel IBIS conforme aux attentes de l'enseigne. ON nous a attribué une chambre avec un 2ème lit simple en plus du lit double donc une chambre plus grande ce qui est agréable. Le personnel est courtois et les lits toujours aussi confortable, l'expérience fut donc très bonne.

Bon.. comment peut-on vous louer une chambre au dernier étage avec une température de 26 degrés et vous dire que contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur les caractéristiques de cet hôtel, il n'y a pas de clim... Donc une nuit de m.. a transpirer et aucune excuse ni explication, mis a part on n'a pas démarré la clim... Pourquoi être 3 étoiles dans ce cas ? C est un manque total de respect du client et une manifeste publicité mensongère...
