There was dirty blood/wine stained sheets. Staff gave us a food voucher but kinda just blew off the complaint.

Nice and spacious room with comfortable beds. Walk-in shower with no ledge was a nice touch and loved the apps available on the television.

Stay was nice for the price. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, on the soft side. Blanket and sheets were very thin, had to grab the spare thin blanket in the closet but ended up being fine. Hot tub was a nice feature in the evening.

No breakfast and rude front desk staff. We had a party in the room next to us till 2am. I had to call 3 times to get help. The heater made cracking noises all night. No offers to discount room. Worst stay ever.

The room and property are clean. Pets are allowed and they give you a little gift bag for your pet. It's adorable. We felt welcome by everyone. Wonderful trip.
