We stayed at the Broadway Plaza for a month during orthopedic treatment at Mayo Clinic. The apartment was very comfortable, well furnished, and three day a week housekeeping service was welcomed. We had an issue with the half bath toilet, but that was resolved with a couple of phone calls. If I was in a position to need to stay in Rochester for several days, I would certainly choose this facility again. We stayed in one of the upper level executive suites so I cannot speak to other style apartments

Very comfortable and a home from home for us. Only one slight downside was cleaning - our room was due to be serviced the day we checked out and we were told this could only be changed at a charge of $95 or $99 per hour - surely not? A vacuum cleaner on each floor would be super helpful please. Otherwise a great place for a family to stay - will certainly stay again!

Clean, spacious, walking distance to Mayo and restaurants, etc. It’s pretty much apartment rooms in a hotel attached to Mayo and Galleria via skyway. It’s also about 15 min from RST so very convenient. Also, a little over an hour away from Mall of America with accessible Ubers within one mini tree.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, spacious apartment. The beautiful apartment, beds, pillows and linens were very comfortable. Access to Mayo Clinic and restaurants was exceptional. Never had to venture out in the cold. They even provided a wheelchair for the entire week. The staff was awesome. Would stay here again

Comfortable clean and convenient Close to downtown. Staff is friendly and helpful.nice to have kitchen and a place to call home when traveling. Mostly quiet, not a large workout space but attached to subway system for walking. No daily cleaning instead is weekly.

The team, the room and especially the bed was AMAZING!! This will be my home away from home when in Minneapolis! Everyone I met was so gracious and accommodating and very kind. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in during my travels and I travel a lot

Traveling for medical care at the Mayo Clinic. Ended up staying for 2 1/2 months. The staff is super accommodating with special requests related to medical needs. Friendly, helpful, refreshing during a stressful time. Apartment is comfortable and well equipped.
