The Candlelight Inn

I stayed there for a week mid September and had an amazing time, definitely can recommend this place to everyone. Location itself is very picturesque, right on the shore, you can't get enough of the view, also only minutes from Gros Morne National Park. The rooms were beautiful, spotless and well supplied. The hosts, April and Mike were super friendly and helpful, offered lots of useful information, went over and beyond to provide exquisite service. Breakfast was amazing with many delicious options, coffee, tea and cookies available 24 hours. I'm definitely planning to come back.

We stayed at this wonderful B&B for five nights while exploring Gros Morne and Rocky Harbour. Michael and April are the most amazing hosts. Delicious made to order breakfasts every morning. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available anytime. Beautiful sunsets can be viewed from the chairs in the back yard, while sipping a beverage, wrapped up in the provided blankets. This was our favorite way to unwind after a busy day exploring. The location is excellent, plenty of safe parking, and close to stores, laundry and the museum. Our large room and ensuite were spotless. Mini-fridge and comfortable, quality linens were provided. We will definitely return, and would recommend this B&B 100%. Five stars is not enough! We became very fond of Michael and April, and wish them all the best on this new adventure.

We had an amazing stay at the Candlelight B&B ! The whole B&B is so well-decorated, the room was clean, the bed so comfortable and the breakfasts (only homemade) were delicious !! Michael and April are so nice and excellent hosts ! The location is also ideal as it’s close to most of the Gros-Morne NP trails and the city of Rocky Harbour is very cute next to the ocean. If you’re in the area then go in this B&B !

Clean rooms and well appointed amenities. Mike and April are warm and welcoming hosts. Back lawn with new relaxing chairs have an unobstructed view of the ocean. I will recommend this place to our friends. The rooms and private bathrooms are modern seems new

We had an excellent time here. The couple who runs it are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and various activities. I recommend contacting them as soon as you book because some of the activities book well in advance. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was AWESOME! They also had a small kitchen area that could be used by the guests, so if you bring your own teas, snacks, etc, you can heat and eat there.

Lovely, clean and comfortable B&B. The hosts are very friendly and meets with their guests daily as they cook a fresh hot breakfast. Shopping, restaurants and great views all within walking distance. Would definitely recommend the Candlelight!
