This hotel is run with such love. The staff takes great care of the guests. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and varied. Fried eggs with bacon or scrambled eggs are available on request. Our room was large and clean. The bathroom was renovated. Coffee/tea kettles were available. The hotel has a quaint pub with a delicious menu. The food is great! We'll be back!

Very dishonest. We ordered nachos around 6:20 p.m., we said they forgot us around 6:50 p.m. and asked for the bill because the restaurant was booked at 7 p.m. The nachos arrived but we said it was too late and they made us understand that we were lying by showing us crazy order times. Either we pay the full price because we can see that they are acting in bad faith...never again in this cafe...

The hotel is located in the old town directly on the Rur (Roer). In keeping with the historical structure, it has no elevator and steep stairs. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. The restaurant is very cozy and very well attended. Breakfast and dinner were of excellent quality. The house offers a good price-performance ratio. Parking is available nearby in public parking garages. Gladly again 😊

De kamers waren eenvoudig, maar meer hadden we voor deze trip niet nodig. Goed ontbijt. 's Avonds heel lekker gegeten en op het terras was het heel fijn vertoeven. Pal in het centrum van Roermond en heel dicht bij de Outlet shopping. Overdekt parkeren wordt gratis aangeboden op een nabijgelegen parking wat een grote luxe was.
