It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a grill & firepit. Original wood floors upstairs and wood ceiling down. Full kitchen with all needed cookware. bedroom is located upstairs, bathroom is down. There is a storm cellar on the property (attached to main house) that can be used in the event of severe weather condition Guest access Entire space. Queen bed upstairs and a twin cot available. Nightly rate is for 2 guests. $10.00 charge for all additional guests over the age of 16. Other things to note Smoking allowed outdoors only and not in parking area, but in backyard ONLY. Please do not leave butts in yard.
