I booked my reservation for 3 nights through a clearing house that partners with *******. When I was able to finish my business early I asked the manager about checking out a day early. He explained that because I booked through ******* I had to make the change through them. I got the royal run-around. When I went to talk to the manager she was actually on the phone with the reservation service & they gave her the run-around too. In the end, the managers made good & cancelled my last night & refunded me the money, even though they will still have to pay them a commission. My room is clean & quiet & the managers have been very welcoming.

Stayed here from January to May. the owners are awesome, very kind folks. The staff were very kind and made sure I always had what I needed. Worked a lot of long hours and they went out of their way to keep me supplied in towels, linens, etc. I will definitely return if staying near the area again!
