Pet friendly Hotels Rolla

Great overnight stay. We had a king room. The bed was fine. The room and bathroom were very clean. Lots of outlets and places to charge and lots of light. Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn breakfast - not at all crowded when I went down. Very friendly staff. I’ll post a pic of the very cool water wall separating the lobby from breakfast.

Stop in for value at our Super 8 Rolla hotel conveniently located off I-44. Our hotel is near Fort Leonard Wood Army Base and offers easy access to popular area attractions from scenic state parks to downtown shops. Missouri University of Science and Technology is just minutes from our front doors.

After a long day of driving I decided Rolla would be my stopping place. I looked on Trip Advisor and this motel got good reviews and a very reasonable price, all good things I can highly recommend it. Very nice and well kept, room large and clean, and the price very reasonable.

Visit loved ones at Missouri University of Science and Technology have family-friendly fun at Fugitive Beach or go on a scenic hike at Mark Twain National Forest when you stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Rolla. Located at the junction of I-44 and US-63 35 miles from Waynesville-St. Robert Regional Airport TBN our non-smoking hotel offers easy access to U.S. Army Fort Leonard Wood and Brewer Science. Grab a bite at a nearby restaurant and settle in with free WiFi and parking a seasonal outdoor pool and thoughtfully appointed guest rooms.

Check in was less than memorable, but we got our keys and headed up the stairs to our top floor room. The maids were still cleaning, and we had to maneuver around their carts with our suitcases. The last rooms on the upper level have a set of stairs that the maids can't take their cleaning carts, so they left them in front of our room doors. They were pleasant though, so we just went around it while going back and forth to the car. The room was surprisingly large, with a big window, but the floors were filthy, and our feet were black in a matter of minutes. More and more hotels are moving away from carpeting, but I really wish they would damp mop these floors. We had to wash our feet, and then wear our shoes! The beds were very hard and lumpy, and in the morning there was a basket of granola bars instead of breakfast. No welcome gifts here for Choice Elite Members, and not much hospitality either. We were completely ignored in the morning when we came in, so we hollered to the guy that we would leave our keys in the room, and then left. Won't be back to this hotel.

All promised amenities present, clean, and serviceable. Just what I wanted from Motel 6...one night of clean easy rest and back on the road. Did get the ground floor room requested and needed for my own health situation and needs of my ancient and arthritic Cocker Spaniel. Towels decent condition and sufficient in number (unlike the few shredded rags in the York, NE, Motel 6). Once again, pleasantly adequate.

I have stayed at 5 star resorts around the world. Nothing comes close to the friendly home town feel of the Rustic Motel. I have stayed here many times starting back in 1980 when I was in school at UMR/MSM! I do wish the pool was still open, but that is only for a few months a year anyway! Excellent menu options next door at Sonic (one of my all time favorite places) & 2nd best option in town since Zeno's closed (Maid Rite is a must visit also!) Thanks again for keeping this place top notch all these years! Can't wait for my next visit.
