Located in Rollesby, a peaceful, Broads village, it is a 7 min stroll to our local farm shop, with a fantastic selection of locally sourced goodies, superb veggies and eggs from the hens you see wandering around as you enter, & a 10 min drive to hire a day boat or launch a kayak on the Norfolk Broads at Thurne or Potter Heigham.The seaside is within easy reach with an abundance of beautiful beaches, most dog friendly & no restrictions; the nearest a 10-minute drive. Our favourite is Winterton which hosts the best Fish & Chip shop.The space:Downstairs you'll enjoy our spacious, well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you'll need to create your own meals or enjoy a take out from our nearby superb Indian takeaway, 'Planet Spice'. We supply herbs, spices, oil, ketchup, some coffee, tea and sugar to get you started.Glass doors lead to a light, airy living room with a corner sofa, armchair and large oak table which seats 6 or even 8, there is plenty of room for board games or a jigsaw (found inside our coffee table). There are 2 pillows per person and spare in the wardrobes so you can find one to your preference. The Master and third bedroom both have blackout blinds.
