"I would like to say that the hotel itself and all of its fun colors and decorations are 10/10. The staff was decent. Nothing special. The only improvement I can see is their breakfast service. They don’t have free breakfast. You have to order it with someone at the front desk and then wait in the lobby for 15 minutes for someone to bring it to you. It would be nice if they could bring it to your room at least and if they could have other options. The food was tasty though! I also loved the board games, pool table and bar inside the hotel. One last note, they advertised an outdoor fire pit and an indoor one. I asked front desk about it and they agreed but it never turned on during my stay. Ironically they turned them on when I was checking out."
"The hallways smell very bad. The bathroom is a bit dingy. The sheets were clean. They don't offer dry cleaning/laundry and they clean the room after 3 nights minimum. They don't have some amenities stocked like medicine, etc in the store. I stayed here because it was cheap and close the Renaissance hotel and convention center. For the price it was worth it."
"The room is very spacious, the quilt fabric is very comfortable, it's the first time I've experienced this kind of quilt, very comfortable. The hotel has a welcome check-in ceremony from 5:30 to 7 pm every day, and you can get 2 free drinks in the restaurant (beer or soft drinks are OK), you can sit and drink and chat, and you can also watch TV programs, it's very relaxing."
"Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean, neat, and spotless. Very pleased with the service since she gave us an hour later to checkout due to scheduling for the pool situation for Covid-19. The facilities and especially the pool was clean with salt water so that's a bonus for me on this trip. Would come back next time and recommend it to anyone."
"Breakfast is simple and somewhat unexpected. But still have coffee, small cakes, cereals, hot water... There are still some distances from nearby supermarkets, shopping malls and shopping districts. It is convenient to use LYFT and UBER. Fortunately, where I go to work, I will be there in 10 minutes. The next time you want to remember to bring instant noodles, it’s even better..."
"The size of the room is large and has a sofa bed, which is very useful. The size of the TV is very large, the bed is comfortable, and the bedding is very good. Breakfast is basic, but it's enough to start the day and there are coast and Aikia around, so it's good to shop. When using the airport, it's a good location or a considerable distance from downtown Chicago. Lots of parking is also the advantage of this hotel."
"Breakfast is not bad, there is a free dinner from Monday to Wednesday. The parking lot is plentiful and free. The hotel is located in the rich area, the environment is good, the security is good, more than 30 kilometers away from the city. I can cook for myself, especially for taking children."
