A lovely well restored old pub dating back to the 1800's. Historical photos and stories on the walls on the dining rooms gave a good insite into the history of Roma and environs. Food was excellent and staff were very helpful. Accommodation where we were situated was spacious and clean. Shared bathrooms were clean as well.

This hotel had so much character. OT was a pleasure to stay in. The older woman who works there as cleaner is lovely and efficient. The huge verandah, the old fashioned glass windows, soaring ceilings, weatherboard, floor planks, paint, giant guitar, decorative tin ceilings...it's just a beautiful, character full place...would recommend in a heartbeat 💓

Room was clean and tidy but there was an air con outside the window that ran (loud) all night. Also people kept lights on next door (shone through cracks in wall) and over the hall so hard to sleep uninterrupted. Great pub downstairs but rough sleep.

They stranded a Mum and 2 daughter in a town 6hrs from home. I booked a room for 1 adult and 2 children on Good Friday phoned and emailed.. they confirmed via phone. I then rang on Easter Monday to confirm the booking and to let them know we were coming in late about 8pm they said yes but arrive before midnight. We arrived 8.30pm NO Room for us! And they were apparently booked out.

We called in here for a drink before returning to camp. I was interested in the building and after ordering I was assured I could wander and take photos. We did think about staying for lunch because the menu looked so good and we liked the look of the meat hanging on display. The building is beautiful, the service was excellent and as I said the menu looks good.

Gorgeous old pub, tastefully revamped with attention to detail Something to look at in every room Got to try the QA pale ale Nice place to spend the afternoon with good company Didn’t stay for a meal but next time will have to try the aged steak Very Friendly staff
