OMG…. where to start? This is the hotel from Hell. Avoid this place at all cost. Nonsmoking room reeked of smoke. Pulled toilet seat up to piss and diarrhea liquid was dripping down the back of the seat. My family and I barely got our bags out of the car and lady from the front office called our room to inform us that 5 ppl couldn’t stay in the room. Freaked out that she was watching us from a camera. Lady, please don’t assume 5 ppl were staying the night as my daughter was visiting us before dinner from Berry College down the road. Office lady was the rudest person I’ve ever met. She even called me a liar to my face. We ended up staying 15 minutes. IN & OUT. Gross place with horrible management. BTW… while we were leaving the property, there were at least 5 mattresses around back laying near the wooded area that were probably full of bed bugs. Wldn’t let my worst enemy stay there!

I reserved a pet friendly non smoking room over the phone . When I arrived, after driving 9 hours, the hotel had given me a room that was not pet friendly even though I confirmed ahead of time. As i was unpacking my car, I was informed that the room was not pet friendly so we were moved to another room. The room we were moved to was a smoking room although I requested non smoking. Upon entry of the room I was overtaken by the cigarette smell and informed the front that i could not stay in the room because of it. Front informed me that the pet friendly rooms were full and if I could just manage the night in the room they would be able to switch me to a non smoking room in the morning. I informed them I do not smoke and could not stay there. I was then given the option to get a full refund and go somewhere else if I wanted, mind you this is 1 in the morning. I told them I was confirmed days ahead of time for a room. After reception spoke to a manager we were put in a non smoking and non pet friendly room. The room was upstairs, the walls were filthy, the door to the bathroom got stuck when opening and closing it, it looked as though the front door had been kicked in on the bottom, and not to mention the roaches that greeted you . I was also informed that I would incur fees if my dog were to ruin anything in the room, however, the room looked as though it had been damaged before my stay. The room is outdated and needs remodeling. I was so very disappointed in my stay and will never stay here again.

Horrible experience - room reeked of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. There were a ton of construction workers staying that were making a lot of noise until the early morning hours, breakfast was basically instant oatmeal and grits and granola bars. Also, even though our room was pre-paid and no refundable, had to pay a $50 CASH only deposit!

This is the filthiest room we have stayed in anywhere in the world! Used soap on counter, personal shampoo in shower, bm and urine on toilet seat and toe nail clippings on floor. Dirty floor and non smoking room reeked of smoke. Had to wash all clothes when we got home. Hard to get another hotel with dog last minute. Had reservations for 3 nights, stayed one had to pay for 2, managed to cancel 3rd night. Do not stay here. LaQuinta across the street is much better, clean, good breakfast and allow dogs.
