I have not been there, but after canceling my booking, I am still waiting for my money. Owner has said she disturbed money back, but can't ant proof and money is not in yet. So be careful if you cancel, you can whistle for your money. She lies and leaves money in her own pocket.

J'ai réservé un séjour et le montant total a été prélevé immédiatement. Malheureusement, j'ai dû annuler dès le lendemain. Malgré cela, mon remboursement n'est arrivé qu'après deux mois, et uniquement grâce à l'intervention de Booking. Pendant tout ce temps, la propriétaire a ignoré tous mes e-mails et relances. Son manque total de professionnalisme et l'absence de réponse sont inacceptables. Fuyez cette location si vous voulez éviter les mauvaises surprises.

A FUIR !!! ARNAQUE !!! Surtout NE RESERVEZ PAS ce B&B car même si vous avez une annulation "gratuite", et que malheureusement vos plans changent, et que vous annulez =＞ eh bien vous ne serez PAS remboursé ! Ne répond pas aux emails, ni au téléphone d'ailleurs. Une plainte a été déposée. Vraiment vraiment, faites attention !

La Piazzetta delle Regine, Rome A few minutes walk from metro. Delightful place. Tastefully decorated rooms and communal space. Breakfast is self serve with cereals, bread, cakes etc. Fresh milk, butter, cheese and meats in the fridge. Fresh oranges to juice. Coffee and tea facilities. Nice indoor and outdoor seating area. Would definitely recommend.

Abbiamo passato 11 giorni in una stanza molto gradevole e con un ottimo servizio. La proprietaria Sig.ra Rossana è una persona molto gentile e attenta a rendere gradevole la permanenza. La cucina a disposizione degli ospiti e ben fornita per la colazione o snacks. Le stanze sono ben pulite e ci sente come a casa propria. Grazie Rossana e alla prossima volta! Liliana e Moris

Decisamente accogliente, la proprietaria gentile e disponibile, e anche la colazione abbondante. Tra l’altro a cinque minuti a piedi dal policlinico Umberto 1. Zona tranquilla e pulita. L’unica nota negativa, ma possibile sia stato un caso, rumore proveniente dalla strada di primo mattino. Assolutamente da consigliare

Esperienza molto positiva.Struttura pulita ,confortevole ,calda e silenziosa.Colazione abbondante ,pertutti i gusti.La proprietaria attenta e disponibile.Ci siamo sentiti a casa.Vicino al Policlinico,alla Metro ,e vari Bus,ristoranti e vari negozi.
