"Courtesy and Comfort at the Highest Level" My stay at this hotel was excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with exceptional courtesy and were always attentive to my needs. The rooms were comfortable and impeccably tidy, creating a perfect environment for rest. The service was top notch, making my experience relaxing and smooth. The owner, whom we have never been able to meet or have been able to appeal, decided to assign us a room in his second Cineroma Infrastructure without telling us when we had paid for Cinemovie. Discovered when we arrived in Rome following the instructions given by the contact on site. What's more, this infrastructure was more than 4km away from the second and therefore more remote from the places to visit and the amenities sought. Noisy +++ between traffic and din of people residing at the same time as us, bathroom with traces of mold. Nevertheless, very friendly, kind housekeeping staff.

I was a guest for work. Warm room, clean bathroom, cozy atmosphere. I had a good time. Only duw niggles, there weren't any bottles of water (but maybe I didn't see them), and the room isn't tidied in the morning, but I knew that, so it didn't affect my choice. Tournaments there without a second thought.

Very nice newly renovated director-themed rooms. Excellent cleaning. Nice area of Rome with metro stop (Policlinico) 10 minutes away. Host very kind and available to store luggage. External kitchenette with fridge to store your drinks/food. Really recommended.

The staff is very helpful and courteous. The structure is beautiful, new and well located, very close to the Metro, and to the Umberto I hospital. Clean. And the idea of naming the rooms after directors is super!
