We just came back from a lovely stay. Amazed with the generous size of the suite and the comfort of the beds. Never slept in a softer hotel bed. The suite had an infrared sauna which was perfect after walking around Rome. And the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring. In walking distance of everything and close to Berberini metro. The hotel offers breakfast however we did not try that. There are many lovely places for breakfast, lunch or dinner close to the hotel. Lovely area. Active but not stressful and quiet in the evening. Gina was the one welcoming us and also the one we checked out with. Her bubbly energy and professional made our stay even better.

We stayed here for two nights and loved it! We liked that the breakfast was sent to our room when we wanted it to arrive so we could eat in a hurry before heading out to see Rome. The Receptionists / staff at this hotell was really helpful and gave us some really nice tips and tricks on how to see Rome and where to go.

Beautiful gem in the heart of the historic centre. Within easy walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Surrounded by lots of restaurants, All very good. Rooms were large and airy, very clean and modern. Bathroom was stunning! Bed and pillows comfortable. Sky TV free. Great hair dryer and towels, slippers and toiletries supplied. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Gina who was so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed 5 wonderful night's here and would highly recommend.

It was my first day and first time in Rome, and first overseas trip for three whole years. I received a warm welcome and immediately felt comfortable. Everyone was lovely and so helpful. Giorgio gave me some great map tips. My suite was attractive, well-designed and very clean, with everything I needed. I enjoyed the shower, with its easy-to-adjust, no-showerhead water flow (there was a handheld showerhead as well). The generous breakfast was good value. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of all the main sights as well as lots of shops, eateries and interesting streets. I'd had a booking for September 2020 which had to be cancelled, and as it was non-refundable, I much appreciated the decision to give me a credit, and the extension of that credit till the end of 2022. Will definitely be booking again when I return to Rome!

The hotel is located within walking distance from Piazza di Spagna and generally is conveniently located near the metro station, however the hotel is housed inside an office building and generally does not have a very boutique kind of vibe. The room had cheap and tawdry furniture, no hot water and the garden view was partially obscured by scaffolding. Management minimised our discomfort regarding the lack of hot water and refused to either refund us or move us to another room. We felt scammed and most definitely do not recommend the business.

The service of the staff is excellent: very helpful and always there to make you feel satisfied. We had some minor issues but they were solved at once. Location is perfect for strolling around the city with everything in reasonable walking distance. Metro is around the corner. Thank you for making our stay in Rome unforgettable! If we come again, we will certainly come to your place again.

Excellent location; 10 minutes to the Spanish steps and trevi fountain, 15 minutes to the colosseum and about 35 minutes walk to the Vatican. Metro station 2 minutes away. Great communication before we arrived and excellent customer service whilst we were there. Clean, quiet, bright, well maintained rooms. Sauna was welcomed after a long day walking. Breakfast is great value, cheaper than local cafes.

Excellent location central to all the sights of Rome with very accommodating & friendly staff (Giorgio and Ethel at front desk) and comfortable clean rooms, great breakfast for 7.5 Euros, we will return on our next visit. Definitely a great boutique hotel a few measures from being 5 stars.
