Simple but functional room with full bathroom, great value for money. Near the terminus. We walked down the street until very late and never felt unsafe.

The hotel does not exist! Do not book it! I had to look for a place to stay again. I spent 3 hours standing on the street. The website support service did not help. They only offered compensation in their coins. Disgusting situation.

Is there anything worse than getting to a room you reserved and paid for just to find out the property won't open the door, won't answer your messages and won't answer phone calls or emails from the company you booked through? If there is, then you found something worse than BB Plus. They literally will not respond to messages (you're warned that can take days by the booking site) yet they ask 'please contact us 24 hours before arrival'. We finally gave up and got another room in another place nearby. Of course it cost more than the room we booked a month before arrival and we had 3 days paid for. Tonight is our second night in Rome, no response from the property management yet. So we're in another hotel tonight. Even the popular booking website I booked through can't get them to answer. The best advice I can give anyone is forget any thought of booking this property. I can't say it's a scam, I can't say they're thieves, maybe they had a personal issue. Maybe they are just terrible managers. But I have lost time and hundreds of dollars. My Credit card says they'll recover what I paid, but they can't cover the additional cost that comes from last minute bookings.

A week before the stay the property cancelled the reservation leaving us without accommodation and creating an inconvenience for us. The reservation had been made a month and a half before through booking and we had already paid. In the end they refunded us, but not automatically. Furthermore, they did not even apologize.

Mi hermano y yo nos hospedamos en este lugar y la verdad no tenemos ninguna queja. La ubicación es EXCELENTE, a pocos metros de Termini, rodeada de muchos restaurantes locales y sitios de comida. La habitación tenía lo básico pero era muy cómoda, limpia y todo en buen estado. La anfitriona también fue muy amable y estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades todo el tiempo.
