I visited late at night after seeing that there was a 24-hour concierge service, but the door was locked and I couldn't get through when I called the hotel. Also, it wasn't a hotel in one building, but more like a B&B. Due to the problem with this reservation, I arrived in Rome, exhausted, and had a difficult and painful time because I couldn't find another place to stay until 4 AM. Strongly not recommended.

The stay was ideal in terms of location, cleanliness, and good reception, but it was drawn to the attention of those in charge of the facility that the communications network was very weak, and the Wi-Fi network did not reach the room.

Fantastic staff who helped out with restaurant bookings and recommendations and any other service we requested. The room was great, very clean and very quiet during the night. Breakfast was served in the room which was ok. This is a small boutique hotel without a large hotel reception, its situated on 2nd floor within a large building. Fantastic location and I can highly recommend this Boutique hotel.

Excellent small hotel in perfect location. The staff were particularly helpful in every way - restaurant suggestions and bookings, taxi hire, and service. Our BA flight was cancelled which meant that we arrived after midnight but the staff kept in touch with messages and arranged late entry. 5* all round. Would highly recommend. Victoria Scarborough

I give one star because there is no “0” option. BEWARE: misleading photos of the hotel. In reality, a terrible experience, first of all THE DIRT. I will only say that the toilet seat was DIRTY with red/orange streaks and after telling the guy at the reception (who seemed to have ended up there by chance) that the bathroom was dirty, he sent me the cleaning girl who in record time (two seconds of number) gave the toilet a wipe with the rag and left. The guy justified himself by saying “sorry, the girl forgot to clean it”. Obviously we left without staying overnight, without even getting a refund of the tourist tax. I will add that the towels were stained and the bathroom as a whole had not been cleaned. Not to mention everything else: dilapidated structure. A DISGUST. SHAMEFUL.
