Pros: The staff welcomed us warmly and the environment is nice and quiet.
Disadvantage 1: There is not a 24-hour front desk and there are many floors to go to the location on Ctrip. You can't find the front desk at all. If you arrive outside business hours, you must contact the hotel in advance to upload your passport and pay tax to check in.
Disadvantage 2: The bath and bed are in the same space, so there is no privacy. One person has to take a bath while the other person has to avoid it.
Disadvantage 3: A suite is like three bedrooms and a living room, and the living room is used as a public area and the three rooms are rented to three families respectively. Different opinions
Disadvantage 4: The room is located on the first floor in Europe, which is equivalent to the second floor in China, but there is no elevator. Need to climb about 30 blocks of stairs

The place is very hard to find as it is a building inside of another building. I wish I could give this place 0 star instead of 1 for rude customer service and how things went down. We booked for 2 nights but ended up staying 1 night because we arrived too late to check in. If you plan on checking in after 7PM, you will be stuck outside with no place to stay although on their website it says if coming after 7PM to check in online. Well, that’s not true. They claimed I put in the wrong cell phone # which was why they couldn’t contact me and thought it was a fake booking. Now why would someone pay for 2 nights if it was fake. Also, they could have emailed me especially when I emailed them months back regarding parking that I got no reply back on. When we did get our room the 2nd night, it looks nothing like the pictures. Probably the worst hotel/air b&b experience, simply because of how rude they were on the phone and how incompetent they were. The only positive about this place was the cleaning lady. She gets a 5 star.

The apartment was amazing : huge and comfortable. We were 6 and each couple had his bedroom. And bathroom. The location was perfect and the People from. Sonder were very kind patient and responded very quickly ! Only the wifi was not. That great but everything else was perfect !
