When we first arrived at the apartment. It was 38 degrees so we were very hot and expected air conditioning as one of the Amenities says. However we had a ceiling fan and that was it. So our time in the room was absolute torture. We literally couldn’t sleep, it felt like there was no air, and we took 6-8 showers in one day just to cool down. We were also promised curtains as the room we stayed in was opposite to a multi-level car park where we would easily be seen and the curtain was no where to be seen, we later found out we have those wooden curtain from the outside, but it was stuck and it was not possible to shut. At least we had free Netflix, the bed would’ve been a lot more comfortable if it wasn’t for the heat, and the app that the door can be opened with a phone is pretty cool. But none of that is worth it with no air conditioning and no curtain

Easy to find, directly opposite the south exit of Roma Termini station. The staff were not on-site, but really helpful, especially when we arrived and needed help getting into the flat.
Overall an excellent location in a clean, old building with plenty of character. The room itself was a little cramped and could have done with space to hang clothes. Other than that, it was an decent stay.

It’s a walkable distance from the train station. There’s a food court open to midnight at the train station opposite the apartment.

We were very happy with the room and it felt safe and secure, and it was really close to Rome Termini. Also within easy reach of the main tourist sites. The apartment was really well fitted out and clearly it has been recently refurbished. Shower and shower room were good. There were a few things that would have made our stay better - all little details. There was no tea towel; no mugs for a cup of tea despite there being a kettle; the kitchen drawer wouldn’t open as it had been fitted too close to the front door - you had to open the front door to get it open. The small table lamp didn’t work so we only had one main light; there was no number on the front door but we worked it out. Addressing these would turn a good experience in to a great experience.

Don’t go alone, consider it if you have two or more. I had to catch a flight and had to go to the train station early in the morning, so it was more convenient to stay there. The place is mixed with residential areas, and the elevator is very long, so long that few Chinese people have ever seen it. Fortunately, the neighbors are friendly. There are no curtains in the room! ! No privacy! horrible! The whole process was remote communication, check-in via email, and even phone calls to ask questions when I didn’t understand. I could barely speak English.

The hotel wasn't cleaned properly, so there was hair on the blanket. There's no refrigerator. The air conditioner took too long to cool down, and there was no reception when checking in, which was inconvenient! It's good that there's a supermarket right across the street, and the bus to the Roma outlet is right in front, which is an advantage! Roma Termini Station is close! Right next to Termini Station. I arrived a little earlier than check-in time, but I contacted the hotel and they let me in right away. The service was on time, fast and friendly. It was a little difficult to find the hotel entrance door from the outside. The room was cleaner than expected and there were no problems. If I had to say something, the drainage in the shower room was not good, and the pillow smelled a little, and the dust under the bed bothered me, but that might be because I'm a bit of a clean freak.
