If location is the most important factor in your choice of accommodation, this is the place for you. It is very centrally located within easy walking distance of key attractions like the Pantheon, Trevi fountain and Piazza Navonna. The other major plus with this accommodation is the staff. They could not be more helpful. While the reception is often not staffed, they are very responsive by WhatsApp and are very service focused. The accommodation comprises rooms only. There are no public areas and no food service, not even breakfast. The accommodation is in a shared building and the entrance area and stairs do not create the most favourable first impression. There is a small lift (the tiniest I’ve ever seen and not for the claustrophobic) to the little reception desk on the second floor. The rooms are nice and comfortable but a bit dated in terms of decor. The city centre location means it can be noisy. One morning, we were awoken by a VERY noisy truck (I think for sewage clearance) outside the window at about 6.00 am and further sleep was impossible. Overall, I would recommend it for location but not if you’re looking for a hotel experience.

WOW - If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! From the moment we arrived the owners could not do enough for us, I had booked a King Suite with Jacuzzi Bath for my partners birthday. Upon arrival we had balloons, rose petals, an prosecco waiting. The room was super clean and spacious, the jacuzzi bath was a lovely touch to relax after a long day. Reception were always contactable via WhatsApp, even leading up to the stay we were offered airport transfers. The location is perfect for everything touristy in Rome, we didn't use the lift as it was tiny so be prepared for stairs! We were able to leave our luggage until 16:30 on our last day, and the gentlemen at reception even tried to sort us a taxi to the airport. The Wi-Fi was great, drinks in the mini fridge always stocked up (for free!!), slippers were a nice touch, toiletries in bathroom were lovely! Would 100% stay again, thank you for making our stay so special!

Very convenient central location, walking distance to many main attractions and restaurants and cafes. Clean modern rooms, with ush ports next to the bed to charge your phone, water kettle for coffee and tea and a mini bar. Room cleaned everyday. Elevator old but does the job. Friendly helpful staff. The bins at the entrance of the building were sometimes smelly, and the view from our room window was a wall. But all minor issues when u take into consideration the location and the modern clean rooms.

The hotel itself is pretty good, rooms are very clean and it's close to everything. But, the reception isn't available throughout the whole day, so if you need anything during the evening you'll have to send them a message via whatsapp. Also, the breakfast is outside the hotel, on a restaurant in a walkibg distance, and it has a limited menu, so if you don't mind eating the same thing for brealfast every day you'll be good.

Love the location of this b&b close to Via del Corso, the Pantheon, and the Parliament buildings. Campo Marzio is a lovely upmarket part of Rome where you regularly see workers from the Parliamentary offices in the streets. The building is an old Roman building nothing fancy on the outside but the rooms here are modern and comfortable and clean. The entrance to the building is deceiving but adds to the charm of the place. Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Have stayed here twice already and would be happy to return again.

We stayed three days, location in the center, easy to find and located in a quiet street. We were welcomed very cordially by the owner and her staff, who were truly efficient and available for any of our needs. Spacious room, tastefully furnished and very very clean. The hot tub is truly top notch! After a day around Rome, a nice bath is a panacea that regenerates the body... a very welcome pampering. Absolutely recommended, and we will definitely be back. We had a great time! Thank you for the hospitality received. Monica and Angelo.

Very central, easy to reach. Beautiful, clean, super organized and quiet. We'll be back . Bedroom and bathroom with natural light. Historic building, a stone's throw from the Pantheon and Piazza in Lucina. 24 hour assistance. Congratulations Valentina

4 nights in Rome at this “establishment”. It's not a hotel, it's a set of rented rooms. Under the pretext of Covid, reception is only open in the morning so when you arrive please write your name. If the room doesn't fit, too bad for you. So the assigned room was odd and overlooked a 3m x 3m courtyard with a view of the metal evacuation staircase in the event of a fire. The next morning, we asked to change rooms and we were offered a room with a view of the alley, so the wall was 3m from the window… As an argument. We are told “yes but our clientele is often younger and believe me, you are better off in your room at the back without any noise. Because the rooms facing the front are noisy 24/7” 😳😳😳 I point out that on the site, the suites are with “city view”!!! On the 3rd day we were finally offered a real room with a large window overlooking the parliament, but the mattress dated from 1982 given the softness and shape of the latter. So 4 heads (and not 4 stars) should be banned!
