What can I say, this bnb practically doesn't exist. I had booked a room one day before my arrival with them in the month of July 2022. given that on their website it was written that check-in was actually 3pm, on the day of arrival I called the property around 9am to let them know that I was arriving around 1.00pm if they could check in earlier. But no one answers. I wait a bit and contact them again around 11.00. No one answers. I'm starting to worry. Anyway, I arrive in Rome and try to contact them again. at one o'clock, finally a lady answers me, I ask her that I had already arrived at the station if they could bring forward my check in. She replies that it is not possible to bring forward check in and then I had to inform them 48 hours before arrival because they didn't they have a reception. There is practically nothing about this bnb. There is no name or precise indication. I didn't know where to ring. I called again but this time they didn't answer me. In short, I stayed at this address until 5pm. which is located on Via Tuscolana, constantly calling but nothing, there's no trace of them🤬in the end I had to book in another facility nearby and I left. And up until today I've called them and sent 100 thousand messages .that at least we have the courage to answer me so we can ask for a refund, but nothing.. in my opinion this place. I don't wish you bad things, but remember that what you sow you will reap one day and I'm sure of it! Good luck.
