Booked one night through the B&b Italia website, advance payment without cancellation. I POLITELY explain that I wouldn't have made it in time and ask if there had been any problems arriving late in the evening (I also provide a precise time slot). The person on the phone with a certain cheekiness replies to me verbatim: "well I would say that there are problems, given that the facility closes at 9pm." I tell her that I had read on the website about the possibility of late check-in and she replies that I have misinterpreted. I tell her that I can't go to the facility by that time and ask her for a solution. Faced with her continued rudeness and unwillingness to help me, I too begin to get annoyed and tell her "I can't stay with you within that time, what do I do? Flight ? ” and the “lady” scolds me by telling me “this is a serious matter, I don't think it's appropriate to make jokes”. In the end she finds a solution, and I send her my credit card details OVER THE PHONE to pay the tourist tax, I send her perfectly scanned identity documents via email and magically the late check-in becomes possible. This was just ridiculous. Such rudeness had never happened to me. I give the 3 stars only for the condition of the structure, which however I have nothing to say about because it is well maintained and clean.
