A brilliant location for the metro, vatican and the studio olympico. Rooms are well equipped , beds are very comfortable and the showers hot. The self check in was smooth and worked well. Would recommend staying and would stay again. Off the beaten track but also close enough!

Excellent location for concert at the Foro Italico, a few minutes walk. Ten minutes walk to the Ottaviano metro, but the Vatican and the center of Rome can be reached with a nice walk. Two covered paid parking spaces in the same street. Excellent self check in and out system, basic but not bad breakfast in an equipped room. Nice, comfortable, well equipped and clean rooms. Double glazed windows. Quiet residential area, tree-lined avenue a stone's throw from the Tiber.

We chose this B&B due to its proximity to the Olympic stadium for the Vasco Rossi concert, logically the 170 euros per night are a lot in fact it is not its price but it was increased precisely for the concert and perhaps not only and we were aware of it and it was fine for us, but when we arrived at the B&B on Friday afternoon we didn't even find a bottle of water other than a carafe in the fridge which we didn't use not knowing which water and above all who had drunk it and what it could contain, the TV only worked on Rai channels, the shower was very small without a wall unit to place shower gel, shampoo, etc., the breakfast was really poor and to top it off there was and never was WiFi from arrival to departure.

Excellent location as well as excellent possibility of checking in in self mode.
