Very slow service and check in, refused to give multiple room keys to room of 4. Double booked so the rooms were changed from double to 4 man, cleanliness, hairs in the bidé. Overall terrible experience would not stay again!!! Waited for about 10 minutes to even get in after ringing buzzer.

The Room is very clean, the Pillows are orthopedic. The Air conditioner works fantastic! The Stuff is great. Just needed to sleep two nights before going to a Project, I recommend this Hotel greatly!!

Great because they fixed our sheets every day and when we used the toiletries they replenished more. The room is very clean. Very large terrace semi spacious television. Very cool and very useful bar fridge. Free Wi-Fi is also included with the room. At the time of check in the gentlemen took our suitcases up to the 4th floor What we did not like was the lift which was very small

Practical, super friendly, next to Termini, many little bars and a convenience store downstairs, they have a shower outside the rooms in case the painful idea of coming in summer occurs to you. The room we had was large and comfortable. The elevator is tiny but it works.

Hotel very well located at termini station for a fair price close to everything restaurant transport shopping metro bus tourist, clean with bathroom in the room hairdryer air conditioning and bar fridge

We stayed during the days for the Bruce Springsteen concert and enjoyed our stay. We were greeted by the receptionist with great cordiality and professionalism, making himself available. Excellent location next to Termini as well as the cleanliness of the room. Good quality/price.

The convenience of staying next to Termini FS, very friendly staff, clean, well equipped rooms. Good value for money. Highly recommended for those on foot and want a convenient, comfortable place, close to the main means of transport and not expensive.

Comfortable, clean hotel, equipped with all services, convenient for its location, a stone's throw from Termini station. Friendly, welcoming and always smiling staff. Large rooms and comfortable beds. It was a great discovery, we stayed here due to problems encountered with the previous hotel booked, in short, it saved us the weekend. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back.
