My husband and I rested here for the February holidays, we really liked it, the hotel was quite small, but they provided a very good breakfast for free. Ideally located - close to the Spanish Steps and other attractions. Very friendly hosts. The hotel was recommended by a friend.

We stayed in this property for one night, in a central location in Rome within walking distance of many tourist areas. Good welcome with qualified and helpful staff. The room was clean and well kept with a nice view from the terrace; the bathroom in perfect hygienic conditions with everything you need available.

We arrived around 7:30 p.m. and there was no one there. By chance, a very kind man lent me his wifi and his phone and I was able to contact the hotel. They informed me that they had sent me a message via Booking informing me of the entry code. That was sent while I was flying from Argentina to Italy. Impossible to see it! And in Italy I couldn't see it because I didn't have Wi-Fi. When I managed to enter, there was no light in the lobby and I got to my room as best I could. There was no hot water in my bathroom. In the morning there was only one very friendly lady, but she was in charge of cleaning and she couldn't help much. Nowhere in the Booking advertisement does it say that admission is like this, that there is no one to welcome you in the afternoon and that you have no one to turn to in the case of, for example, not having hot water. In fact it says “24 hour reception”! No one in charge of the hotel apologized and I complained on the phone when I managed to speak to someone responsible in the morning. Please note that I did not ask for or suggest compensation of any kind for the inconveniences I had. Nobody apologized to me for the inconvenience caused!!!

Recomento muito esse hotel!! Fui com meu marido, dois filhos e minha mãe!! O hotel parece um “Airbnb”, o dono conversa com a gente por mensagem , envia o código de acesso ao prédio, nos explica o que for necessário e funciona muito bem!! Ficamos na parte da frente do hotel , onde tem o balcão e foi maravilhoso, pq sempre há “cantantes” típicos em frente, o que já nos introduz ao clima Italiano!! É um quarto pequeno, mas não vi problemas quanto a isso. Há frigobar. Perto do hotel tem vários locais para comer, lojas de souvenir , Zara, H&M, Kiko, Sephora (tudo na rua), fora que os pontos turísticos estão bem dizer todos à pé !! A Piazza Spagna está bem dizer no quarteirão de trás e a Fontana em seis quarteirões planos. O fato de não ter café da manha não nos atrapalhou pq há muitos locais próximos para este e não ficávamos presos a horários para o café (ainda mais sob efeito do jet lag) . A limpeza do quarto, como li no trip, realmente é considerável , muito boa, tudo muito limpo!!! Como nem tudo é perfeito, considero como ponto negativo aqui o fato do banheiro ser uma porta semi transparente e não ter trava. Minha mãe queria ir ao banheiro, tomar banho e tínhamos que vigiar para meus filhos não irem atrás dela. Então essa foi uma parte ruim, porque todos nós perdemos essa privacidade . No mais, a cordialidade da recepção foi perfeita e vale ser considerada. Ps: o elevador quando chegamos estava estragada e tivemos que subir dois andares à pé com malas, mas no check out já funcionava. No mais, indico o hotel a todos, principalmente a quem tem filhos.
