Host MALEDUCATISSIMO Ho chiamato la struttura per chiedere un’informazione (avevo prenotato per 2 persone ma nella mail di conferma ne risultava solamente 1 e volevo capire come mai) Sono stata trattata malissimo, l’host (dopo la decima volta che mi bloccava mentre parlavo) mi ha detto di muovermi e stringere perché lui non aveva tempo da perdere. Mi ha insultata quando sono stata super gentile e pacata, volevo solo un’informazione. Merita di fallire

A Roma San Pietro Best Bed was a great place to stay in the heart of Rome. The location was close to many attractions and walking distance to many restaurants as well. Easy access to public transit and the metro subway as well. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Proprietario struttura estremamente arrogante e maleducato. Ci ha fatto attendere 4 ore dall'orario previsto del check-in, non rispondeva al telefono al nostro arrivo e quando ha risposto è stato veramente maleducato chiamandoci con modi poco educati e volgari. Non ci voleva dare i ticket della colazione nonostante noi l'avessimo pagata in precedenza nella prenotazione.
