Wifi doesn’t work. The heater doesn’t work. I left the property one day before my initial departure day because of the terrible experience I had. When I used hot water, they knocked on my door and said we are gonna charge you extra. The reason was I use hot water a lot. The attitude of the staff was genuinely rude and she didn’t even try to listen. Not very nice customer service. Overall, given the circumstances of the heater and wifi not working, you should not book this hotel.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful, but the atmosphere in the room was a bit tense.
It seems that this only happened to our room, but the bathroom and bedroom were in separate rooms, so it was inconvenient to have to use the shared hallway.

Three days of cleaning means no trash will be picked up, no shampoo will be given for another two days, only two small bags of shampoo for three days, and no towels will be changed.
