Bad, Simply because of Paolo's attitude, he canceled the reservation we had. And he had the audacity to write to me privately apologizing, but that he couldn't accommodate us and that we should cancel the reservation, instead of him. And the worst thing is that he tells us that he cannot accommodate us, but he advertised the hostel for a much higher price for the same dates. Assess yourselves, but keep in mind that we are not formal with reservations.

I stayed in this bb in March 20022 and all in all we had a good time, so we decided to return in July and, certainly, we will NEVER return there AGAIN. The only strong point is the location, a few meters from the Ottaviano stop, the rest needs to be reviewed. For 3 days we showered with ice water, complaints to the owner were useless, every day she told us that in the evening we would have hot water but this was not the case. During the stay, cleaning is non-existent and towels are not changed until the end of the stay. Upon our arrival we found two rolls of toilet paper, one of which had already been used, and on the last evening we found a roll hanging in the door handle, which I would say was unhygienic. Leaving aside the fact that we were accused of breaking the door to our room, which is absolutely not true because we have proof that, upon our arrival, the door was already in a terrible condition.

Piccola stanza in zona Ottaviano, sulla linea A della metropolitana. Non particolarmente curata la pulizia, ma se non si hanno grandi pretese va bene. Soluzione ideale per soggiorni brevi e se si ha intenzione di girare per la città e rincasare solo per dormire. L’aspetto più positivo è sicuramente la posizione strategica. Attaccato alla fermata della metropolitana ed in una zona centrale che permette il raggiungimento di tutti i punti di interesse in tempi medio/brevi. Consigliato! Due soli suggerimenti per i proprietari: - non lasciare a disposizione un solo rotolo di carta igienica, altrimenti per i soggiorni superiori a 3 o 4 giorni la si dovrà quasi sicuramente comprare. - aggiungere una abat jour o una luce di cortesia vicino al letto, in modo da non doversi per forza alzare per spegnere la luce generale.
