La gestión de este apartamento es lamentable. Carolina, la dueña, es una persona sumamente inflexible que nos cobró la estancia íntegramente sin haber podido disfrutar del viaje por cancelación del vuelo de ida debido a condiciones meteorológicas imprevisibles. La avisamos con tiempo, primero del retraso y luego de la cancelación definitiva. Esto no sirvió de nada, puesto que alegó que no nos habíamos presentado en el alojamiento y no acepto ningún tipo de reembolso, haciendo gala de una total inflexibilidad. Un viaje en familia por las bodas de oro de mis padres que quedó frustrado por condiciones absolutamente ajenas a nuestra voluntad y rematado por una pésima gestión del alojamiento
