Palazzo de Cupis - Suites and View

Absolutely stunning little hotel, we have thoroughly enjoyed our time staying here. We are currently staying in the junior suite with a juliet balcony overlooking the Piazza Navona. Lovely owner, beautiful atmosphere, hot showers, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast.

I adore this hotel, it's may favorite on in Rome so I don't want to tell you how great it is. Since there are only 3 rooms I don't want you booking it up so next time I'm in Rome I can't get in. Besides, the fountains are all turned off this year in preparation for the 2025 jubilee

Palazzo de Cupis is an exceptional choice for staying in Rome. We were fortunate to book for six nights and we enjoyed an unparalled view of Piazza Navona from the Deluxe suite’s Juliet balcony. It was fun to enjoy our wine and people watch while perched above the piazza, but we were also able to enjoy the solitude and Bernini’s fountains in the early morning and late evening without the crowds. This perfect location is also in walking distance to almost every sight in the eternal city, but there’s a taxi stand a few steps away from the room. Of course, our highest ranking must be given to the tip top service that we received from Andrea. He greeted us every morning with a smile and he was knowledgeable about everything we needed, from suggesting an amazing laundromat, bookstore and restaurants. I highly recommend the Deluxe Suite with balcony over the Deluxe room with balcony (which we stayed in on our last night). Not only is the suite more spacious, but it has no internal steps while the deluxe room has steps to the bathroom and onto its balcony making it a little tricky to navigate at night. Other amenities which we greatly appreciated include a continental breakfast delivered to your room at your selected time and the minibar with complimentary soft drinks and water. The soundproofed doors provided a very quiet room. The restaurants that the Palazzo recommended that we enjoyed the most were Il Corallo and La Place del Palate. Both restaurants were a few minutes’ walk away from our room. I would also highly recommend the full service and reasonably priced LAVANDERIA White Cloud Laundrette; we dropped off our laundry in the morning and picked it up at 3 pm. As they say, take twice the money and half the clothes when traveling! Please reserve this wonderful gem in wonderful Rome!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Palazzo De Cupis hotel. A small boutique hotel centrally located and within walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Our room had a wonderful view over the Piazza Novana. After a full day of activities it was entertaining and relaxing to sit in the balcony window and enjoy the lively scene in the Piazza. Andrea was a very attentive host and helped us get started as we planned our excursions in Rome. We enjoyed the continental breakfast that was served in the room each day and the mini bar was full of beer, wine, water, and soda (all included). We are glad to have found this gem of a hotel and would recommend to others - 5 stars all the way. Steve and Doreen

There are three apartments, and we had the junior suite. This was a large room with separate bathroom which was also a good size. The view was fantastic, open double doors with small balcony right overlooking the Piazza Navona. We were here for a week and most days we would sit on the balcony or inside the doors watching and listening to the activity in the piazza. It was delightful. Soft drinks in the fridge were replenished each day without charge but we had to pay for beer and wine. Only criticism was that water strength in the shower could have been stronger. Also limited English channels in the TV. Location is also perfect. No metros nearby but 20 min walk to St Peters, 10 min to Castel St Angelo, 7 min to Panteon, 17 min to Spanish Steps, 30 min to Colosseum, 20 min to Trastevere. Lots of restaurants and bars in the streets around. Not all of them so good but staff provided a list of those they recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

The building has a discreet entrance to the rear of Piazza Navona. Entrance by buzzer and then the room card then allows access. Escorted up to the first floor by Andrea who couldn’t do enough for us and recommended restaurants away from the tourist traps. Check in was sift and we were shown to our room with an amazing balcony overlooking Piazza Navona. Bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in, room is lovely and has every amenity. The mini bar soft drinks are free and the alcohol very reasonable priced. Continental breakfast is delivered at your time of choice including freshly baked pastries. Lovely. We’ve got one more night here and would definately return. There aren’t staff in the residence 24/7 but available by WhatsApp and quickly respond.
