The Room 13 = Horror experience. When we arrived the room was ready but they told us to wait another 3 - 4 hours cu a 3 years old baby. The room was dirty, old, water leeking trought TV wall, curtain was broken, the walls were very thin and you could here everything. I am sorry I came to this fake hotel. Was like a dungeon cell. Photos taken today before leaving.

Great location, very clean room, comfortable bed, excellent shower. The hotel does not have a receptionist 24 hours but it was very easy to enter independently. The area is super nice, accessible by public transport and full of restaurants. Would recommend

Don't be fooled by the location (up a wee side street) or the exterior (looks like and is part of an old appartment block) . The rooms here are up to standard, modern, clean and exceptionally comfortable. The service is first class and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Can also recommend that if you fancy the best coffee and breakfast in Rome go to the indoor market at the end of the road and see Maria.

Cozy hotel, very clean and comfortable. The receptionists are very very helpful and polite. We stayed for 3 nights, the location is not in the center but didnt bother us at all, the bus station was near, lovely cafes and restaurants around. And the price very good

The room is small, but its worth for the price. Its clean, receptionists are gentle and nice, gave us a lot of insights about the city. Great hotel to mobility when it comes to exploring the city by bus, but not to take táxis, because its more expensive there (cause its not on a certain perimiter where prices are cheaper). Also, its far to walk to the main attractions. The door room lacked a lot of light from the corridor, we had to create a barricade with towels and bags 😂

The place is really cozy, the service provided is both professional and really kind... What else could one want? The receptionist proved to be really helpful both when it comes to the stay alone and navigating the city :)

It was a terrible experience. When we arrived at the hotel (located inside an apartment and therefore a building), it took us 15 minutes to understand where we entered, since there was no sign and it was on a floor of a building. After arriving at the reception we went to the "room", a tiny room, when we entered we could even hear the flushing of the bathroom next door, all made of plasterboard. The room was horrible and DID NOT COINCIDE WITH WHAT THEY PUBLISHED, a horror, bedspread with dots, dirty and an infinite sadness to the whole environment. As we entered we left. We cancelled and there was NO REFUND, neither for the UNSUCCESSFUL STAY nor for the TOURIST TAX. DISGUSTING. TERRIBLE. SHINING. To send the controls, who knows!

English: Very good location, many typical trattorias and restaurants of various kinds nearby, supermarkets, bars etc. bus stop with 6 different lines nearby. metro stop about 1 km away. friendly and helpful staff. these are the positive things, the negatives are all in the room: despite the brochure describing it as completely renovated, it is only partially, as they told us at the reception after our complaints only a part has been renovated. in the first room the toilet seat fixed with tape, peeling wallpaper, humidity bubbles in the wall, minimal table fixed to the wall, with one of the 2 unstable feet, room for two people rather small, with only one chair, plus there was a piece of cheese in the fridge left by previous guests that was not removed. they gave us another room, but barely better. at least the bathroom had a window, with a view of an internal courtyard with the air conditioning machine, so with the window open a lot of noise. always peeling wallpaper. cold radiators. even the plumber they sent to solve the problem didn't find the solution, so to heat the bathroom a bit we used the hair dryer. old furniture, plus other details that I won't mention
