We assume that it is not a hotel (they do not clean the room or the common areas), it is an apartment divided into 3 rooms each with its bathroom and then a common area that consists of a dining room and kitchen. I am going to be as objective as I can and evaluate each of the stays. Room: Adequate size for 4 persons (1'60cm double bed and 2 80cm extra beds) plus a small balcony with a small round table and 2 chairs. The room is very neglected with the walls full of stains and a cleanliness that leaves a lot to be desired (there were hairpins and hair on the floor that were not ours the first day we arrived). The room was not cleaned during our entire stay, which was 6 nights, and they moved our beds at our request on the fifth day, because they were not going to do it. The air conditioning was threatening to break down the entire stay. As a recommendation, if you are going to go, bring anti-mosquito spray, we had to go to the doctor to get a cortisone and antibiotic treatment for the bites, the room is full of these insects. Bathroom: The bathtub did not drain the water well so you had to spend a lot of time draining it after each shower. There is no screen or curtain, so the entire bathroom got wet every time you shower. The faucet was broken and water was coming out in all directions. Every time you pressed the flush button, you could hear it coming from the stairs, making it impossible to sleep if someone used the toilet at night even if they were from another room. The towels, however, were very white. Kitchen: Tremendous, totally unhygienic. You can't touch any of the accumulated filth... We had to go buy kitchenware for our personal use at breakfast, it's horrible how disgusting we have been. You couldn't even use the microwave, the cleaning of the kitchen is the responsibility of the guests who use it, so I think there is nothing more to comment... Breakfast consisted of milk, brick juice, sliced bread and some packaged pastries.... Seeing how everything was, we bought our breakfast so as not to go through the kitchen. Dining room: Common space with the rest of the rooms whose cleaning depends on the guests. We don't use it directly. We didn't see the owner during the entire stay. The best of all and the most notable thing is that there is a carrefour in the vicinity that is open 24 hours a day, every day of the week, which for our breakfasts and buying water came in handy. It is quite close to the Vatican, metro and bus stops, although it is true that the neighborhood is marginal with many homeless people nearby. We do not recommend it at all, there are other better options where you will not be disgusted in your room.
