This place is so beautiful. There are three gates from the roadside to the hotel. You have to call to open the door remotely. It takes six or seven minutes to drive in. It is like a farmhouse and is surrounded by farms. We even saw wild boars on the roadside when we entered. , the room facilities are not as good as the outside scenery, but they have everything you need. The location is relatively remote, so it is best to drive here.

We were treated like VIPs at this beautifully landscaped hidden resort. Friendly hard working staff. It felt like a private villa. Breakfast is included but we also made reservations for dinner every night because we didn't want to drive up the winding road in the dark. You need a car, this amazing small hotel is 1.5 km off the "main" road. There are so many places to visit from here in addition to Rome. We swam every day when we returned from our day trips and dined on the terrace overlooking the valley. Otherworldly.

The ads doesnt do this place justice, it is even more beautiful than the pictures. Perfect place to restore the batteries after days walking around in the city of Rome. The staff is welcoming and seviceminded, and are happy to share their best tips for how to spend the days and where to eat nearby. Before we went we had read bad critiques on the breakfast, but we were superhappy with the varied selection. We tried out some of the restaurants close to the resort, which was a pleasant surprise. Due to the remote location it would have been practical with a better restaurant and even a bar at the site, otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

It’s historical property, very beautiful. Very clean. Very nice people running this place. And that’s it. If you don’t have a car it’s very complicated to get around. Taxi is only option (very pricey). There’s no choice where to grab something to eat. Not a very convenient location .

This is a most beautiful and idyllic haven, set in gorgeous well maintained grounds. The gardens are well-kept, the accommodation we were allocated was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was reasonably good and the evening meals were delicious. The hotel benefits from a lovely swimming pool and great views in all directions. A convenient location to rest, relax, unwind and de-stress. On the slightly down side, this hotel was extremely difficult to find, as the name on the booking website, Relax Grand Resort was not on display and none of its neighbours had heard of it. It was difficult and unusual to access the site due to a series of large, steel gates, so on our first day with no keys, no bell and no intercom, entry was impossible for a long period of time. I accept that once resident inside, this problem ended. However, our grateful thanks to the management on providing a mostly great holiday experience.

This place worked very well for us combining our kids tennis tournament in the area and also wanting to spend some time in Rome. Michele and Peter always around for a friendly chat and to help with anything. Even though it was off season so no pool i enjoyed a daily run in the grounds and the family had a daily football kickabout !

Enchanting location......everything else a real disaster. Swimming pool as dirty as a New Delhi river, miserable breakfast without hot drinks, dark and smelly rooms, moths and lizards. A nightmare.

The location is magnificent but it is not suitable for weddings and other events. We were not made aware of many of the issues presented and consonantly thrown at us on the day of the reception. The lawn could not be walked on and all the external personnel had to be moved a thousand times without being able to find a suitable position. External staff who asked for water were told they could drink from the fountain. The piped music initially didn't work and they didn't want to have the problem fixed. Afterwards the music was cut abruptly, before midnight, in the internal hall of the location, while the girls danced the quack dance. The air conditioning was switched off inside the premises without an explanation, in the middle of August! Vegetarian people were served only the side dish without a second course, despite the previous agreements. We were not given the promised suite to get ready before the reception but it was rented out to other guests at the resort. We couldn't dance where agreed, they left the lights off telling us it wasn't possible to dance. A disastrous experience in our opinion!
