Lovely hotel, staff was super friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect as it was only a few minutes walk to Rome termini train station. Room was nice modern and clean. Would definitely suggest to stay there as the rooms were reasonably priced.

Pros: Staff are really helpful.
Metro is only around 200 mtrs away so if going to the Vatican,or shopping at Via Del Corso it is really easy. Even the direct train to the airport is walkable about 12 mins away. Walk to the Colosseum took 1/4 of an hour.
Small supermarket across the road.
Bank 180 meters away. Post Office 160 meters away.
There is no elevator and the rooms are up one flight of stairs so consider luggage. Saying that, the team were very forthcoming in assisting with our cases.
No kettle or coffee in the room so guests need to go down to reception.
No USB in the rooms so bring an adapter.
Don't expect a view as our room looked at the back of another building.
Would we stay here again? Though not in the most affluent area we felt safe and everything was reasonably close by. If on a budget there are definitely a lot of places not as good.

The metro was just a stone throw away.
There's also a nice, authentic Italian just across the road!
Last but not least, the staff were very attentive, friendly and accommodating. We received the kind of service that would be on par with the Kempinskis and Shangri Las of the world!

AMAZING. the room has modern design, good cleanliess, a comfy bed.
Most importantly staffs are extremly helpful and kind. He welcomes us with smile when we first got here.
Location is also not bad, about 10min walk to termini station and closseo.
I couldn't complain any of this hotel. it was very pleasant to stay here.
Definetly will come back when next stay in Rome.

It was a great clean modern room. The service was nice, especially the girl at the reception from 20.07 to 22.07.2024, she was attentive to my requests and very friendly - I am grateful to her. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, beautiful and comfortable, the water pressure was especially pleasing. The air conditioning system worked perfectly, it was easy to adjust the temperature. The room has a safe and a mini fridge, a hairdryer and slippers, a large full-length mirror, a clean blanket in a special case, if it suddenly gets cold. There are a few little things that would have made my stay even better - this is a kettle in the room, it was sorely missed, but you could take tea downstairs on the first floor until 11 pm. There were also few sockets - only 2. The soundproofing was not satisfactory, but my neighbors did not make noise 🙌 . But these little things are more than compensated for by the cleanliness, modern design, location and service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again👍

The hotel is well located, ten minutes from Termini and fifteen from the Colosseum. There is a bus service nearby, as well as restaurants and a supermarket.
The cleanliness was very good, the room was adequate.
We did not use the breakfast but we thought that €15 per person was excessive.
At reception they treated us kindly but they did not speak Spanish.
